Miss Thueringen, 23 year old Anne-Kathrin Kosch has been crowned Miss Germany 2011 tonight at Europapark Rust! 1st ru is Miss Internet, Tiffany Sachs, 2nd ru is Miss Norddeutschland, Samantha Striegel.

I agree. It seems that none of the remaining girls - including Anne-Kathrin herself - expeced her to win. After they called Tiffany as first ru, it seemed to me that Manou had to be the winner...

Now I hope to see some of the girls at Miss Universe Germany!!!

Last year, Kim Koetter, the Miss Universe Germany license holder, selected the German MU representative in co-operation with MGC, the Miss Germany organization. According to Ines Kuba, MGC is very interested in continueing this co-operation also this year, there have been discussions with Kim already. But there will be another contest later this year.

Maybe - but this is not official - one of the Miss Germany finalists will be sent to Miss Earth like last year.
