True. She could still join but all her works and contracts will be handled by them instantly or stop being the commercial model of that product, something like that.

she did the best i think not to leave her modeling job for BBPHILIPPINAS......SHE WOULD GET IN TROUBLE,ESPECIALLY IF SHE HAS SIGNED A CONTRACT.

I think it was 2003, many pageant freaks back home were excited abut her participation, she's imported you see. But that Carla Gay Balingit who won Miss Philippines Universe was omg!I dnt wanna be mean but you can read me!

alvin: yes. cindy was supposed to join in 2003. she actually backed out of the competition through the advise of her talent manager.

These people pulled all stops to eliminate her in the final roster. (EVIL PEOPLE!)
