Fernanda Semino (18, 1.68m, Montevideo) was crowned Miss Universo Uruguay 2011 at the Conrad Punta del Este in Punta del Este. She will represent Uruguay in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil next September

I dont know, I prefer taller girls, 170cm is so-so .....under 170cm is too small -at least for MU I think
And .... this girl doesnt look so stunning and good that I would want to forget about her height
