The source is not official, but she would be a nice contestant!
I just got the answer from the Froken Norge admin and Fay is not
declared Norway's rep in MU 2012. She is Anna Zahl's runner up and will
take her place in MW 2011 if Anna can not take part.
Miss Norway Universe 2012 will be crowned in next year's Froken Norge pageant.

I just got the answer from the Froken Norge admin and Fay is not
declared Norway's rep in MU 2012. She is Anna Zahl's runner up and will
take her place in MW 2011 if Anna can not take part.
Miss Norway Universe 2012 will be crowned in next year's Froken Norge pageant.
It sucks. She's a beautiful candidate and could get ready for the pageant right away. Why did the organizers only crown one winner this year instead of 2? I just hope they schedule the Froken Norge pageant early next year so the winner has time to get ready for the Miss Universe pageant.

Fay Teresa VÅLBEKK was appointed "Miss World Norway 2015" after a casting call was organized by Morten Sommerfeldt, national director for Miss World in Norway.
