She can't. She participated in Miss Polski, so she can't participate in Miss Polonia. Miss Polonia sends girls to MU.

in Czech Republic only girls that didn't make it to the Top 3 in Miss ÈR are allowed to compete in Èeská Miss, because Top 3 is already win and people would laugh at them that it still wasn't enough for them if they joined the second national pageant don't know how it is in Poland

In Bb Pilipinas the 2 runners up last year will compete again this year.. so many repeaters they take advantage on it.. they resigned as runner up to compete again

Yes, she is. I'm still very dissatisfied that she didn't win Miss Polski in 2009, whose winner represent Poland at MW.
