BATTLE OF THE LOOK-ALIKES
The pageant ended in grand fashion last night . 21 year old model Kelly Cheung of Chicago impressed the judges with her beauty, intelligence and charm. Kelly stands 5'9" tall and has been dubbed Gigi Leung look-alike. This marks the first time Chicago has ever won (or placed in the Top 3 for that matter), the best Chicago has done in the past was making Top 5 in 2001 and 2002. 1st Runner-up was darkhorse Cheryl Wee of Singapore. Singapore restores glory to Singapore as they have not placed since 1996. 2nd Runner-up was Fala Chen look-alike Lenna Lim of Kuala Lumpur who also took home 2 other awards. A noticeably nervous hometown girl Rebecca Zhu of Hong Kong stumbled during the interview. Roro Chen of London caused major laughter making fun of host Eric Tsang. Maggie Yu of Dalian accidentally stepped on New York's Jasmine Hayter's cheongsam and almost caused her to trip and fall.
