Agnieszka Kotlarska (August 15, 1972 – August 27, 1996) a model from Wrocław, who became Miss Polski 1991 and later first polish winner of Miss International pageant in 1991.

She had a modeling career with Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. Agnieszka's life came to an abrupt end in 1996 when a crazed fan stalked and stabbed her to death at the age of 24.

On Aug. 27, 1996, police allege, her killer, "Jerzy L." approached Kotlarska as she was getting into a car with her husband, Jaroslaw Świątek, and daughter. Świątek jumped out of the car, the men began to scuffle, and Jerzy L. produced a hunting knife from his knapsack. Kotlarska jumped out of the car when she saw Jerzy L. stab her husband's leg. Jerzy L. has confessed that he then stabbed her four times in the chest. Kotlarska died in the hospital.

After the stabbing, police officers found Jerzy L. in his home. He immediately confessed to killing Kotlarska, saying he was mad with jealousy that the girl of his dreams had married someone else and had "ruined his life." He also told police he always carried the hunting knife and never intended to use it to commit a crime. He faces a sentence ranging from eight years in prison to the death penalty.

Jerzy L. first saw Kotlarska in 1990, when she was modelling.He tried to get a date with her, but she refused. Jerzy L. was persistent: He got her address and phone number and continued pursuing her.

Oh gosh, I feel tremendous moved with her tragic story...Sad Sad Sad She was so young and was just at the beginning of her life Crying or Very sad So unfair! The dark side of being beautiful Crying or Very sad Sometimes it may be a curse...Speaking about curse, I've just read an article about Agnieszka and it turned out that what is written here it's not the whole story Shocked Before she was murdered, she was supposed to have a photosession in France. She was living in NY this time so she'd booked a seat in a plane to Paris. Suddenly, it turned out that her photosession had been postponed so she'd cancelled her flight. It was her luck, because that plane, in which she was suppossed to fly to Paris, had exploded in the air about 11 min after start. There were no survivors...Neutral Agnieszka had an opportunity to enjoy her "second life", but only for about 6 weeks...Crying or Very sad It looks like it was her destination to die young...Crying or Very sad Here's a link to this article:

Imagine her family and friends! How can you deal with something like that!

Yes, I agree. The most heartbreaking is that she was forced to look at her's mother death...Sad Sad Do you know what is the most ironic in that story? It's that the most probable reason of her further tragic death was the fact that she'd "luckily" escape from being killed in a plane crash 6 weeks earlier...Crying or Very sad The information about Agnieszka's enormous luck was widely comented in a polish press. From that source Agnieszka's mad "admirer" found out that she got married. In his sick mind he felt "betrayed" and decided to "talk" with Agnieszka. You know very well how tragic did their "meeting" end... Crying or Very sad

Nie ma za co dziękować, Wojtuś Wink Ja tylko poszperałam trochę w necie, nic takiego Wink Zdjęcia są niesamowite, bo i modelka niezwykła.
