Sin City!! The the city of Las Vegas in the state of Nevada, USA. Why RED HOT?

Because both Mexico's Miss Universe titleholders won in Las Vegas, Nevada and also both were wearing RED gowns, also both were 22 years old when at the moment of their crowning, only that Lupita was on the right side and Ximena on the left side, and neither of their respective 1st runner-ups were latinas.!!!
