W/ Viviana Ortiz Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2011, they both competed on Nuestra Belleza Latina a latin reality tv show/beauty pageant earlier in the year, Barbara came in 4th, Viviana came in 3rd

Barbara Turbay for Miss USA 2015? If you didn't know, Barbara Turbay, Miss World Colombia 2012 lives in Miami, Florida (USA) and she recently won Miss Carnival Miami, a preliminary pageant for Miss Florida USA, Barbara will now compete in Miss Florida USA 2015 this July, if she wins, she will represent Florida at the Miss USA 2015 pageant and if she goes on to win Miss USA 2015, she will represent USA at Miss Universe 2015
