I wish Philippines soon will have a back to back Victory too..

if we consider Miss Earth

2007 - Jessica Trisko was a Canadian - Filipino
2008 - Karla Henry was a Filipino - American
2009 - Sandra Seifert was a Fil - German

Sandra is the clear winner in 2009 if Karla didnt won in 2008..or if Jessica didnt won in 2007 a back 2 back victories might happened

IN 2006& 2007 EDITION OF Miss Earth India won Miss Earth Air title so it may be the first back to back of Miss Earth

I think it's not possible because the contest is getting really tight every year who knows we aren't astrologers to predict future it may happen I hope India wins the title for 5 years in a row

This is not exactly a back to back, but I guess if I am not wrong, that Puerto Rico is the only country besides the United States in the beginning of the MU Pageant in the 1950's that was always held there, that won the crown in her country and also crowned her succesor the next year in her country also.

Miss Universe 2001 & 2002 in Puerto Rico.
