I was welcomed by the rains as I reached Chandigarh and my friends were waiting at the airport to receive me. As soon as I landed, people started recognizing me and walked up to me and congratulated me. My family too was very happy that I was back home with them.

The first thing I did when I reached home was to gorge on some yummy Butter Chicken and naan. I also ate mom's rajma & chawal which is the best in the world! I'm a bit sad because I will be leaving home soon.

Enjoying the rains in Chandigarh! Just got to know that my little cousin sister started crying when I did not win the crown! And so did my friend's little sister! I guess they are my biggest fans! Feels so good to know that.

For now, I'm spending time with my family and friends and enjoying myself before I head to Delhi for the Bridal Week press conference.

Still lazing around at home and the best thing here is the rains! I don't have gym today, so glad about that! I have been catching up with old buddies and am happy to spend time with my family.

Saw Ek Tha Tiger yesterday and I felt like was watching a movie after so long! Bumped into some old friends at the theatre and we got chatting. Though I have to say I didn't enjoy the film and we dint sit through the end. But Salman looked good to me in the movie.

At the Grand hotel in Delhi for the India Bridal Week press conference with Rochelle and Prachi. Feels great to be here with them. Both Rochelle and Prachi have become like family for me in Mumbai.

That apart, I'm shopping and gorging on some yummy food because Delhi is known for its cuisine. I've also had a chance to catch up with some old friends. So on the whole, my trip has been fun. So far so good!

In Delhi, I have a meeting with India TV for a documentary shoot on Mother Teresa. Post which, I leave for Mumbai. On the whole, it's a much more relaxing day.

Pantaloons Femina Miss India World 2012 Vanya Mishra looked stunning in a JJ Valaya bridal ensemble as she walked the ramp for Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week - an introductory event. She was dressed in an A-line burgandy velvet suit paired with a churidaar. The unique thing about her look was that she did not wear any jewellery to match the bridal ensemble and her hair was tied back.

She was first to arrive on the ramp and started the Bridal week with grandeur. The Aamby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week is all set to start from September 12 in Mumbai which will showcase 11 renowned designers work.

The show will be opened by renowned designer Tarun Tahiliani and the grand finale will be done by JJ Valaya.

Morning Mumbai! Back again to my apartment after a week at home and finishing some other commitments. Had a good first week in India after returning from China.

I have some meetings to go to but cannot reveal too many details at this point. Till then, everyone take care and have fun.Home Sweet Home Mumbai!

Woke up quite late today and emptied all my suitcases for Rochelle so that she can take them for her pageant. Watching her prepare for the pageant makes me so nostalgic and reminds me of my time in China!

Woke up in the morning to a beautiful rainbow! I'm enjoying the Mumbai rains and indulged in some fun yesterday. Both Prachi and I played football with some of the kids in our society. It was so much fun! It brought back memories from childhood when all we cared about was playing! Wish I could go back to those days.
