Sri Lanka will have 2 delegates at Miss World ???

Vinu Udani Siriwardena (19, from Dehiwala) was crowned winner of the Derana Miss Sri Lanka 2012 competition on April 5th. Then, after careful examining of the scores, it was discovered that Siriwardena was not the rightful winner, but Sumudu Prasadini (22, from Kurunegala)

Siriwardena had been crowned with all the honors by the outgoing titleholder. Then, the organization proceeded to fix the mess-up by crowning Prasadini as Derana Miss Sri Lanka 2012, thus declaring two winners. Ramasha Galappatthy came in 3rd place.

Sri Lanka will have 2 delegates at Miss World ??? Prasini

although after the mistake it is assumed Prasadini will represent Sri Lanka in Miss World 2012 in Ordos, who knows what will happen or if maybe the two of them will actually compete, setting a precedent in the pageant.

it's impossible. so why not two miss france. maybe one at miss world 2012 and the other in 2013.

it's possible look at china they have Macau, Hongkong as different representative so even they can have 2 delegates but I don't support such decision one country one candidate

yes but macau and hong kong are representing Hong kong and macau so it's not full china and this two part of chian are more independant than other chinese regions. so we have just one miss china like france and miss guadeloupe, martinique , réunion islands, st barths.

This is like in Miss Supranational we see HAWAII, as a country and I do not why, when we all know that is one of the 50 states of the UNITED STATES, so the US has 2 delegates for this pageant. -105--

Also I do not sgree at Miss TQI, the US sash says only America, and that is wrong, when America is made out of many countries including the islands of the Caribbean. Evil or Very Mad
