On Earth Day the Miss Venus Española Internacional 2012 pageant was held in Benidorm Palace. A total of 20 contestants representing different mountain regions, coasts and peninsulas competed for the title. The winner is 19 year old Raquel Arias Miss Sierra Norte. She will now represent Spain at the Miss Earth 2012 pageant.
