2012 - The return of Ethiopia at Miss Universe?

Look at the bottom of the poster we can see the Miss universe, Miss World and Miss Earth logo. What do you think of this? Will Ethiopia return at Miss Universe in 2012?

Apparently, in 2013...but I don't see why next year and not 2012.
