The road to MDRU 2013 already began, pageant it is scheduled to be held on August 3rd, 2013. Already a few girls have been chosen to compete for the title.

Maria Nelly was Miss Corozal Universe 2013 in Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2013, she was in the top-15 and she claimed back then that she was puertorrican, but she isn't. She is dominican.

I think its ok to let her compete.Clearly, she's not in the same league as some other girls, but if that experience can boast her confidence and make her feel more comfortable, why not.It doesn't harm anybody to just give it a shot.
