Propably because others made the coice for her!  
If only they had gone to so much trouble for Iliana's or Doukissa's gown!
She should have wore her hair up or at least pulled back , the dress has some amazing  embroidery work and we can't see because of all that hair!
Bottom Line, I am glad MW is over so we can forget all about her, she is now a bitter memory just like her name!!

I never liked her, that's no secret   , pretty,she lacks presence and the MW quality and above lazy and unwilling to learn(the worst things for a young person)!
I have been writing my honest opinion and I will always do, I am here cause I LOVE PAGEANTS not to please the org , I don't need Mr Prevelakis to give me a job or a πρώτο τραπέζι πίστα at the next competition! ( μιλάμε για γλωσσομάθεια όχι αστεία)  
Some Greek funs were determined to support her, no matter what-but no amount of support from funs or even the Star Hellas Org will make a girl like her succeed at MW or any other significant pageant!
MW girls should look and behave like ladies. We all knew that Athena was not that kind of girl the moment she started trashing the photographer right after the official Star Hellas photoshoot! She has been so lazy, she did not had a BWAP project, she not even bother to write a piece about an endangered species during the last days of the competition that would give her the chance to win the multimedia award!
And to top that...she stopped posting anything about Miss Cyprus (pics, comments) when Kristy began to atract attention and got into the Top Model Final! Classy??  
I won't even mention her lie about a University deegre on her MW bio, who ever saw her for even once knows the truth!

I hope that the Org will never make such a mistake! Times are hard for us all, that's no secret, but these little things can give us joy and hope! This is more importand now than ever!
I hope at the next Star Hellas-Miss Hellas the judges would have an idea of what true queens look like and not waist any more titles!


Look at the winner's style , make up, posture... compare that to Athena   







compare.... she even manage to trash that lovely dress with her horrible hair and make up!

And I just don't get why she hasn't been replaced. I think there are thousands of girls out there in Greece who would have loved to be in her place and would have been more suitable for a pageant like Miss World...
