PR is using the same dress she wore when she won MPRU 2012.

I love Mexico and Finland in those dresses.

For me the prettiest are Paraguay, Georgia, Philippines, Italy, Germany, Mexico, Venezuela, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Chile, Australia, Finland, Trinidad and Tobago, Sweden, Bahamas, Costa Rica

Croatia wins 100-0. Unfortunately Olivia's dress does not flatter her

Aruba, Bolivia, Brazil, Croatia, El Salvador, Finland, Guatemala, Italy, Russia, Switzerland and Venezuela.



Also I will give for Czech Rep., Mexico, Sweden and Ukraine.
They did well here, but they are not amongst my favourites overall.

There are some obvious Sherri Hill gowns in this batch as well as some gorgeous and hideous gowns.

I LOVE: Croatia, Finland, France, Georgia (similar to Dayana Mendoza's gown), Guatemala, Haiti, Malaysia, Netherlands, Puerto Rico (although she wore it in her national pageant), Slovak Republic (nice black gown), South Africa, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Tanzania (LOVE IT!!!) and Venezuela

I LIKE, BUT DON'T LOVE: Bahamas, T&T, New Zealand, Philippines (I don't like the colour on her), Singapore, Turkey, Montenegro and Serbia (I think the last 2 are just different and stand out from the traditional long evening gown)

I HATE: Gabon, St.Lucia, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Indonesia (too many roses everywhere), Nigeria, Curacao (daring, but I dont like the execution), India (horrible dress...I feel sorry for Miss India) and Ecuador (the design and colour dont do anything for her).

Hungary decided to recycle and use the same gown that was worn in 2010
