ROAD TO QUEEN OF THE UNIVERSE PAGEANT 2013

it will be the first edition fo this pageant create by Joyce Guilaud Miss universe Puerto Rico 1998 and Miss uNiverse 1999's 1st runner-up. this pageant alloed woman who are from 18 to 36 and allowed divorced, married and mother competed but the winner will can't be pregnant during reign. The girls should be engaged in caricative association and have aproject It will be held in Los Angeles , USA in january , 26th.
