The veins in her arms don't bother me, she just has good veins. My veins pop out on my arms and at the doctor if I need blood drawn, they always told me I had good veins. She probably works out a lot and has a good heart rate.

That was my thought, too. The excitement of the night, the heat on stage,... You can't do anything against it, sometimes they just pop out.
