The Miss Tourism Queen International 2013 winner is Miss Latvia.

Miss South Africa Roxzelle Rheeder is first runner-up, while the second runner-up is Miss China. The third and fourth runner-up were Miss Korea Na Ran Hi and Miss Portugal Ana Bomfim, respectively
