Chloe Beth Morgan, 22, from Cwmbran , will represent Wales in Miss World 08 later this year.
She's cute, but the weakest of the 4 Uk delegations, best of luck Wales.

I agree with u very sweet girl unfortunately yes the weakest and in a very difficult year. But u never now so the best of luck!!!!!!
