Section for Colombia's national pageants

Hello, I've seen in some sections for countries, that they have sections for a specific pageant. I want this done for Colombia's forum and I only want 2 sections (Señorita Colombia & Miss Mundo Colombia) if you can do this, it would be very appreciated and I'll make the banners later, thanks
