No one actually deserved to advance, but I was clearly rooting for Greece! They attacked a bit more than the Costa Ricans. But the keeper needs to go back to school...

On the other side I should be glad that Costa Rica advanced, so Italy's shame is not as big as if they would have failed to win...

I was really hoping Greece would win, but well done to Costa Rica. Brazil VS Chile yesterday was a good one.
Also glad Netherlands won today, that goal in the 90th minute (or thereabout) was awesome!

The dream ended last night but it was great while it lasted! I think we deserved the win a little bit more than Costa Rica! Orestis Karnezis I love you

(our goalkeeper) was not his usual self, Samaras and poor Gekas...anyway the Gods have decided! Sokratis Papastathopoulos, who scored last night, is getting married next Saturday, if we had won he would have to postpone the wedding!!! So when he scored everybody was joking about what a man would to do avoid marriage!

Our Captain... what can I say about George Karagounis... he is such an inspiration for the young players, he was one of the players that won the European Cup in 2004! I love him, all Greeks do!
