I thought a lot before open this topic, but... PLEASE: I am the Brazilian P. Minister and I will open the topics of my country when all is correct.
What I see here is that others open the topics (I thank the purpose, but) and make big confusions, posting contestants who maybe does not go to the pageant.

PLEASE: I WILL OPEN MY COUNTRY (Brazil) TOPICS (probably only 1 or 2 months before the pageant happen).

***Or maybe you can speak with me before make this.***
