Georgina Rızk of Lebanon unplaced in Miss World 1970 later won Miss Universe 1971.
Angela Visser from Netherlands also unplaced in Miss World 1988 and won Miss Universe 1989.
Michelle McClean of Namibia, top 5 in Miss World 1991 and Miss Universe 1992.
Mpule Kwelagobe of Botswana from unplacement in Miss World 1997 to winning Miss Universe 1999
And finally Catriona Gray from top 5 in Miss World 2016 to Miss Universe 2018 winner.
