Top row from left: Miss Netherlands, Christy Van Zijp, 21, of The Hague; Miss Ireland, Nessa Welch, 19, of Dublin; and Miss Germany, Annemarie Karsten, 19, of Libeck. Bottom row from left: Miss Sweden, Ulla Edin, 22, of Stockholm; Miss Morocco, Danielle Muller, 19, of Casablanca; and Miss France, Enes Navarro, 19, of Paris. Twenty-three countries will be represented in this year’s contest.
