Can you explain to me the system? Who will go to Miss India´s final?

yes.... its her....

now there are four regional contests... Miss East, west, south, north... the winners are now miss india finalists... so we will know 5 (4 winners + 1 through SMS votes) finalists in advance.... the remaining five will be chosen through prelim rounds....

the Top 3 girls in these pageants will be contestants of miss india in top 30.... so in all there are 12 contestants.... remaining girls will be through auditions as in previous years.....

FMI does not have a good future with this format.
