I knew a Latina was going to be the winner, since the national director of Miss Grand United States is Chantel Martinez, who is also the national director of Miss Grand Dominican Rep.
She was also (Chantel) Miss Grand Dominican Rep. 2013 and 1st runner-up in Miss Grand International 2013.
