I am sad for Finland,too! I cant' explain it! The girl from Belgium scared me, I though she would pass out she looked terrified!

Very sad for Finland! It was a clear qualifier imo.

Just like 2012 they have one of my favorite songs of the year, and once again Europe disagree......

I don't understand what happened last night. I really don't!
I support my country every year, no matter what we send. I'm just like that.

But so far I have understood WHY we have not made the finals.

2016 Great song, AWFUL performance

2017 WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?? I don't understand! I just don't get it. To me it makes no sense. I was 100% sure we would sail through to the finals.
Every fan and journalist in Kiev was sure it would make the finals. One polish journalist at the presscenter kicked his chair down when Finland was not called.

I am not the person who blames politics or diaspora, but I just don't get this. It's gonna take some time to get over this dissapointment.

Some of the countries that made it.... Offtune singing, terrible song, blah performance.
At least PORTUGAL made it. That's the only ray of sunshine at the moment.
Hope it will win come saturday (I know it won't, no one is gonna beat Italy)

I guess that we all don't understand what happened with Finland I really can't find the reason... Can't wait until saturday to find out who is guilty juries or voting people.

I'm not that sure anymore about Italy's victory! Portugal can do it!

Finland not making it to the finals is a big mystery to me!! It was quite big on the news here!
I am curious to see the split results on Sunday! I have a hint that the juries did it again Evil or Very Mad

I don't thing that the public wouldn't be touched by the Finish act!! scratch

Overall the show did not impressed me the sound was awful especially on hd, the camera work on some songs was HORRIBLE, the presenters were silent

! I miss Petra and Mans!!!

I miss Petra and Mans too! No doubt that Swedish are champions in hosting this contest

I think that Finland could be too difucult and heavy for the public. Average European likes easy songs.

In Greece we can't really enjoy this year cause Demy and her team are doing their best in a unfriendly enviroment!
5 days before their arrival in Kiev the Greek team was informed that the could not do their act as it was planned and agreed 1,5 months before because the organisers changed their minds! So in 5 days Fokas Eveggelinos had to put something together and that's what you saw on the first semi!
Anyway I guess Fokas in paying the price for working with Lazarev last year but I would expect the Ukrainians to respect him a bit more since he has worked for them in 2008 with Ani Lorak!
Demy was just unlucky I guess! I hope she will try again for ESC!
