I am trying to avail tickets for the preliminary competition however it's not really open in public 
65th Miss Universe:
PRELIMINARY SHOW TICKETS ARE OUT! According to our source, tickets are available mainly for international patrons but locals may try to avail of the tickets through foreigner friends. A ticket request e-mail may be sent to SM Ticket promoter before proceeding to SM MoA Arena for payment and claiming.
Ticket prices are reflected in the graphic.

No public sale of tickets for the prelims? That’s like 15,000 seats, right? I would have thought that this would have been a perfect opportunity for MUO and sponsors to generate additional revenue for the pageant, pay for expenses, etc.

According to my resources only 8k tickets was available for the preliminary competition and its a private selling
