It's already in the news here. They announced the winners during the after party. Paula Shugart said they don't have enough time to award this during the coronation night.

They would have had time if they had not shown so many videos and interviews. With 3 hours to fill, looks like they could have made time to give out 2 awards. Even during the 2 hour telecast, they would announce best costume, congeniality, and photogenic.
