Miss Tourism 2017/2018 World Messed up!

What did just happen at Miss Tourism 2017/2018 World Finals?

First, they call the Top 15:
- Colombia, Croatia, Indonesia, Peru, Serbia, Spain, Mongolia, Panama, Malaysia, Novosibirsk - Miss Bikini World, Venezuela,'Ghana, Great Britain, Portugal, Dominican Republic

Then they call the Top 5:
Colombia
Venezuela
Great Britain
Panama
Mongolia

Final Q&A soon followed.

And then it was announced that there was a mistake in the calling out of the names of the Top 5.

Top 15 called onstage once more.

And then a New Top 5 (with Panama and Great Britain out, Malaysia and Serbia in)
Colombia
Peru
Mongolia
Malaysia
Serbia

And from there, only 18 candidates returned onstage before the announcement of winners.

Winner Colombia
1st runner up Peru
2nd runner up Serbia
3rd runner up Malaysia
4th runner up Mongolia

What gives?

This is not looking good for the organizers. Tsk tsk tsk.

And they blame the computer system for the error.

So many minor pageants these days. Philippines wom Continental queens but was excluded in the Top 15

I knew that Serbia will be top 5, last time we send a much weaker girl in this pageant and she was top 5, this year girl was stunning and I expected to see her in top 5.
The interesting notice is that they replace Panama and GB with Serbia and Malasya and Panama had green gown same as Serbia and GB silver same as Malasya. I think that it is not computer mistake but human mistake.

Also Miss Montenegro is Miss Europe and also not in top 15, Serbia at the end had highest placement from Europe. I think that Coninental queens is more comforting award
