Thriya earned her degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Mauritius, and she has recently completed a Post Graduate Certification in Education in Economics at the Mauritius Institute of Education. Aged 24, she embraces life to the fullest. As a teacher, Thriya teacher wishes to bring positive change in the lives of her students; she is an avid advocator against drug abuse. Her motivation comes from her parents and her motto in life is, ‘hard-work is the best gift you can give to yourself’. Down to earth and approachable, Thriya is a nature lover who was given the opportunity to be part of an international environmental organization for the conservation of our Mother Earth. She is passionate about travelling, meeting new people and learning about their culture.
