The Best and Worst of 2021?

In my Opinion only

The Best:

1. Two Editions of Miss Universe were held after the pandemic.

69th & 70th

2. Israel as a host country. They did well and it's refreshing to see MU held in this country. Also, they visited tourist places unlike when it was held in the US. Miss Universe was held longer as well in Israel.

3. MU Org was good in dealing with covid. I think they adjusted the preliminary and National costume date for Clemence.

4. Miss Bahrain competing for the first time at Miss Universe!

5. Morocco coming back at Miss Universe.

6. Namibia winning as Miss Supranational, the first African country to do so.

7. Belize winnings Miss Earth - a non powerhouse country

8. Miss World activities are better and not boring to me. This is also the first time I followed it from day to day.

9. Nadia and Harnaaz as the best top 2 since Dayana and Taliana. Agree?

10. Salute to Miss Grand International production.

11. Miss Bahamas placing at Miss Universe for the first time. It gives other non powerhouse countries hope.

12. Singapore placing after over 30 years and Aruba placing since 1996 at miss Universe.

13. Paraguay and Peru in the top 3 of Miss Universe. We do not see this Latin country often in the Top 5.

14. Though this is the 69th edition but it was held in 2021. Myanmar placing at Miss Universe for the first time.

What else?

Worst?

1. I am so excited for Miss World but then it got canceled before the final night.

2. Many candidates of Miss World got tested positive with Covid, and even madam Julia per rumor.

3. Miss Earth as virtual pageant 2 year in a row.

4. No Miss International again
