Miss Israel 1956, Sara Tal, who was one of the semifinalists in Miss Universe 1956, will appear at the fourth annual fall festival luncheon to be sponsored by the Tri-State Women’s Division for Israel Bonds on October 29^th. Also on the program in the Webster Hall Hotel will be Tenor Jan Bart.
