Another Country to Debut in Miss Universe

This is official, another country is going to make its debut in Miss Universe for 2023. Before I reveal which nation it is, I’m going to tell you about nations who made their debut in Miss Universe before, specifically the most recent since the 2000s.

Ever since the 2000s came, there have been more and more countries that are willing to compete for the title of Miss Universe. And you know what they say: the first time is a charm. It is fresh! What other countries you wanna see competing for the first time in the near future? Let me know.

As of 2022, we saw 27 nations sending their delegates to Miss Universe since 2000, but most of them were inactive in sending their delegates as of now. Here are the following (inactive countries were marked in asterisks):

That’s right, Pakistan, a Muslim-majority nation located in South Asia bordering India in the west and Afghanistan in the east.
