Capital Region’s bet wins Miss Universe Iceland 2023!

Lilja Síf Pétursdóttir, 19, representing Capital Region bagged the most coveted Ungfrú Island 2023 (Miss Iceland) title last August 16th held at Gamla Bíó in Downtown Reykjavík. She edged out 17 other finalists in the said competition.

Lilja will represent Iceland at the 72nd Miss Universe in El Salvador.

She looks very Miss World to me. Iceland was robbed a few times in Miss Universe. Hopefully, MU will not ignore this beauty.

agree. Problem with most European girls are that they are so unprepared in MU, Latina and some of Asian girls, overshine them on stage
