I think this girl tops it all, Miss Chile Universe 1990, Urania Haltenhoff and unbelievable she was a semi-finalist.... Shocked

I totally agree! And she was even in TOP 6!?!? How on earth?!?? Another manly queen that comes to my mind is Miss India, Manpreet Brar - I just didn't find her so beautiful and deserving to be 1st runner-up to Chelsi in MU 1995!?

Yes, she did a great job. Another lady that I've found manly ( Sorry Miguel, Minister of Dom. Rep. ) was that same year Dominican Rep. delegate, Candida Lara, she also placed as a semi-finalist. Also I did not like her... Evil or Very Mad
