3 of these 19 finalists are eligible for Montenegro and the MU Albania&Kosovo org recently obtained the Montenegro license so they might also be crowned on the same day however there is no confirmed announcement from the org yet.

None of these girls are Montenegrins. Not one of them lives in Montenegro.
