Miss Mauritius 2009 will be crowned in September. WINNER will represent Mauritius on Miss Universe 2010 and Miss World 2010 pageants.

Anoushka and Aniel are the ones i think stand out(maybe Nitisha too) but....i dont think this is a good bunch.

Last Friday, the Miss Elégance 2009 award for Miss Mauritius 2009 has been given out at the Imperial China Restaurant at the Trianon Shopping Park in St. Louis.

(Miss Elégance is a crucial award. Its last 2 recipients went on to win the Miss Mauritius crown.)

This year's winner is 22-year-old Dalysha Doorga. (She was crowned by reigning Miss Mauritius 2008 Anaïs Veerapatren.)
