Worthy? You make the call!

As Lara Dutta said, pageants create platform for women and it paves the way to whichever career they foray into. As for myself, I have always loved the Miss Universe pageant for its grandeur and entertainment value.

My question is this.....is it possible it has to do with sexual orientation? cause pageants are connected with gay men,and maybe this causes a feeling of akwardness to them....their son, nephew etc....being involved with "gay"..."girly" stuff"......

Just an idea...what do you think?????
