was time for Russia to win, cause they had tp seend successful songs in several previous years and televoting step was deeply flawed in her favor or other Soviet countries I was rooting for Greece and Armenia for that time, but untill see the Ukraine song on the final i was thing that can chould win

IN 2006 RUSSIA AND 2008 RUSSIA & UKRAINE WERE DIRECTED AND CHΟREOGRAPHED BY FOKAS EVAGGELINOS WHO DIRECTED HELENA IN 2005 AND THE ATHENS' EUROVISION OPENINGS!
I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT GREECE2005 AND UKRAINE2008 ARE THE TWO BEST STAGED MUSIC NUMBERS IN THE HISTORY OF EUROVISION!
I HOPE ANNIE LORAK WILL BE BACK SOMEDAY, SHE DESERVED THE NO1 SPOT!

Finland has held three semifinals in the last three fridays and voters have selected 9 songs to go to the final. And then one wildcard was chosen from the disqualifiers

The 9 songs that the public chose

From 1st semifinal

Johanna Iivanainen - Luojani mun (beautiful song, great singer, but please change the dress)

Marko Maunuksela - Synkän maan tango (we already sent this in 2004, and singer lacks charisma)

Cardiant - Rapture in time (it's a good song, but not to Germany this time)

From 2nd semifinal

Paradise Oskar - Da Da Dam (I LOVE THIS!! Please don't anyone compare this to Belgium from last year, Tom Dice did not invent Man-with-guitar -style) Laughing

Father McKenzie - Good Enough (a lovely happy song, but the artist needs to loose the angry face while singing)

Milana Misic - Sydämeni kaksi maata (Milana is the daughter of Laila Kinnunen, our first every representer from 1961. I don't like this song)

From 3rd semifinal

Saara Aalto - Blessed with love (nice song, but I don't know...)

Sami Hintsanen - Täältä maailmaan (No thanks)

Stala &So. - Pamela (LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The singer was Lordi's drummer. This is energic, not taking themselves too seriously) cheers

THE FINAL WILL BE IN FEBRUARY 12th in Turku

This was one of my favourites, but did not make it to the finals from 2nd semi. It was a BIG SHOCK to me

I like none of these songs... Lena has a very characteristic voice, but especially in song "maybe" is heard, that she's not a good singer. I don't think that is a good idea, that she'll participate again in ESC.

Norway has held it's 3 semi-finals and this weekend is "the second-chance"-final for the lucky loosers.
There are some nice songs this year - and a big variety. But, there can only be one winner and I think it will be this one. This girl has such a great charisma and the song is very happy. Here is Stella:
