Some rumours say that Italy will be represented by Marco Mengoni..But i personally think it's quite untrue since Italy's rep will be chosen among Sanremo's contestants (to be "announced" yet).. I wish Noemi represents us,she's amazing!

Italy's "Young" participants at the San Remo Music Festival next week (Feb. 14th - Feb. 18th) can be found - among others - here: http://blog.prinz.de/grand-prix/festival-di-sanremo-italiens-schaufenster-fur-den-eurovision-song-contest-in-baku/. Last year's winner Raffael Gualazzi had been choosen as Italy's representative to ESC 2011. Therefore it is more than possible that one of the listed entries will be sent to Baku for ESC 2012.

I wish one of the "BIG" will be appointed this year. Emma Marrone (1st RU at last year's Sanremo) is roumored to be the favourite for both Sanremo's win and ESC!

Nothing special IMO. Tooji's "Stay" is much more characteristic and I love oriental feeling in this song. However I'm afraid Norway will send Plumbo's outdated pop rock proposal or Petter Øien's crappy country song...
