of course we have , Venus Raj did not go to Colombia instead she was trained here, (Madam Stella don't like her) but then she placed in Miss Universe, it only means that even our girls wasn't send to Colombia we will still place... this is always our main concern as well as the National Costume, gowns and all wardrobes was made by Barazza (A Colombian Designer) where in fact we have many great Fashion Designer here..

Its madam Stella choice.. thats why Miss World Philippines was born..not strict..and the designer is Filipino...
