October 24 - Puerto Princessa, Palawan - Miss Canada Denise Garrido won the title of Miss Puerto Princessa 2008 in Palawan. She won 1,500 dollars and plan to donate it to a young girl named Mary Joy from Las Pinas who needs some medical assistance.

my comment: those who gave the title or.......wanted to give the money for mary jo.......or have a sick....sick sense of houmor.....!!!!!!!

Well, when I chose 5 in each continent, I had her in my African list. The first time I saw this woman, I knew there was something. She's sooooo tall! 6ft I think? She looks like Alek Wek. Let's see if this will work to her advantage. Smile
