Yu Wenxia (born August 6, 1989 in Harbin) is a Chinese model and beauty queen. She won Miss World 2012 in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. This is the second time Miss China has been awarded the title. The last time was in 2007 when Zhang Zilin took the honour.

Yu Wenxia is a music student who says she wants to become a music teacher.

i was so DISAPPOINTED FOR THE RESULT OF MISS WORLD 2012 TOP 7 !!!
it should not be joined the issue between the Philippines and china about the SCARBOROUGH SHOAL in miss world pageant!!
the day before the pageant i have feelings that china will use its power to go down Philippines in the pageant!!
even though that Philippines will not win , their is someone who deserves to win like ms. south Sudan because they answered right! and they must be fair in judging the contestants....I'm not angry because Philippines didn`t win and get the crown all i want is to be fair always...
i know I'm not the only one who reacts this result..!
after the pageant we can't prevent those negative reactions and opinions of the crowd, so please respect and understand my feelings... that's all thank you..!!

I agree wit u 100%. Its time they be fair in judging these pageants. South Sudan to me were the best in top 7 especially wit her answer. Listen i've seen this beauty crowned b4 so we didnt need to see her again. China did not deserve her win, but I guess politics plays a major role in these beauty pageants now. too bad for that:x
