Most likely.I do think she's pretty, but I dont think she's outstanding and I was expecting much more from the Philippines, but we all know how the Philippines have done well in the past 3 years, so Im sure that will continue and also,if we think about it, maybe MUO will want to seal the deal and make sure the Philippines host MU2014, so maybe the Philippines will be favored again this year.
