The song was performed on National Commemorations of deportation of tatars at May,2015, was presented on National TV and youtube way before September, 1st, 2015. President Poroshenko officialy stated, that the song was then called "Our Crimea" and was purely about political situation around modern Crimea.
So it breaks 2 official Eurovision rules!!Unbelievable

As for the petition Dear W (that sounds so 007) I think we should support it so that in the years to come EBU respects the rules and things like this year's fiasco never repeats itself!

During the final televoting Italy had issues! They couldn't vote via phone just sms!

If i remember and If I'm not wrong one year they ask to Georgia to changea part of their song because of politics statement isn't it? if it's true why they don't did it this year?

They broke every single rule this year! ESC was created to reduce political conflicts inside Europe. It was not meant to be a platform for political propaganta!

I agree.If i watch it's because for one week we are all united without politics problem so they should do what they have to do next times.

Since some year not matter if it's the jury or the public the vote was political . Generally you the the same countries voting for the same countries. But well for me I love to see european united so ii enjoy this contest. to see a europe united with european being proud to be european it's one of my dream Smile

yes it's sadly true. I don't understand why in 2009 they ask to change a part of the lyrics of Georgia because it was political and they did not do it this year? strange.

Well I hope to see Russia competing in ESC this year and why not win they send always good song. and eurovision without Russia it will be not the same eurovision. For me it's one the most emblematic country of the contest.

Jamala, this year's winner participated at a Neonazi festival in Ukraine, the aim of the festival is to glorify Ukrainian war criminals from the Second World War, particularly the Nazi collaborator Stepan Bandera.! Evil or Very Mad

And she had the nerve to post photos at her social media accounts praising the festival and fashism!! I am shocked really!!!!
