I think that it is on purpuse, just one more thing to make Philippinas people reaction stronger and other ... Colombia is just victim of show bussness, you should be ready on everything when you enter in show bussness. Congrats to Philippines I know that she will win and I was surprise when she wasnt ...and Colombia is 1st RU that is great results as well, pity that she come in that place after big drama, but I am sure that she will get over it soon, MU will probably find a way to make it up for her, she may sign for IMG model agency.

That is ridiculous. They have NO CASE whatsover, against Steve Harvey anyways.
He made a mistake and I read somewhere that he was reading the teleprompter that DID SAID Colombia as the winner.
So, if that is true then Steve is not to blame.

So if FOX screwed this up and put a wrong name on the teleprompter, it is on them!!!!

France, Belgium and FInaland are only Euro countries that broadcast MU ... I wonder if that had influence on placments -confused-

Could be. Hopefully IMG will do a better job in 2016 and will try to broaden MU outside of the Americas and the Philippines.

Here's my take on MU 2015:

-Awful hosts; I miss the handsome Mario Lopez and the gorgeous Daisy Fuentes whom actually seem to care about the pageant and did a good job hosting it
-The 3 hour show is just too long and the annoucement of the top15 drags forever; reduce it to 2hr show and I'll be happy
-Top15 was ok with me.I was very happy to see Curacao, Japan,Belgium, Thailand in the top15. I didn't care at all for Mexico, Brazil and South Africa. Mexico was clearly a MUO picks and she did not belong in the top15 or near it. I wish more Europeans had made the cut
-Vietnam and Georgia "missing" the cut was upsetting. Both were stunning and did very well and belonged in the top15
-Please let go of the MUO picks and only the best 15 or 20 performers based on all areas of the preliminaries should make the cut
-Have a diverse panel of judges; only 4 judges and all Americans is a real joke..its Miss UNIVERSE not Miss USA
-Get rid of the fan vote; this is not a popularity contest but a beauty pageant. We also know how some pageant fans are beyond obsessed and rabid and that the fan vote is an opportunity to give a high score to their own candidate and deliberately low score another candidate
-Get better musical guests

With that being said, Im very pleased that Curacao and Thailand made the top 10 again since 1997 and 1988 respectively, that France made the top5 for the first time since 1953.

Congratulations to Pia and the Philippines. She deserves the win; however, Id be more enthusiastic had she won without the fan vote being in place and without the obvious favoritism MUO has given to the Philippines in the past few years. At least, MUO waited for a stunning filipino woman and didn't settle for just a pretty girl from the Philippines.

Finland should have made it. I didn't care for her at all when she was crowned Miss Suomi but she prove me wrong and earned her spot in the top 15. Im sick of seeing repeat nations making the cut year after year. Some are well prepared, thats true, but some still suck regardless of how prepared they are.

USA was mocking for the mistake after Pia was pronounced MU, and I am not the only one who say this. Love her "mad" face when she was pronounced 2nd ru (she always thought she was the winner) never liked her and never will (and I do not have to like what other people like).
Not a fan of Pia nor Ariadna either, but I prefer both of those ladies over Olivia, at least Pia and Ariadna are FRESH LOOKING!!!!

Best wishes to poor Ariadna and also the best for Pia.

- most deserving top 5 ever, very predictable
- stage

The rest was TERRIBLE, especially STEVE and slow music during swimsuit competition. I'm disgusted.

Can't believe what I'm writing but I miss old editions and Donald Trump!

i also agree with you on that one! Pia didnt even give Andriana a tap on her back, just stood there. I also agree that she doesnt scream MU. Miss Australia and Miss France were so fresh and more appropriate for the title. Pia looks old to me and although she is beautiful, i dont know why, but she looks like she's got a mean face and she also looks plastic to me. For another year running ,its very clear, who gets to the top 15 no matter if they deserve it or not! And i want that "fan vote" to go away and never come back. The reasons were explained before...

Only things I enjoyed:

Seal's performance
the top 5 was diverse with girls from all over the globe

Didn't care for the production, the three hour running time, the same old same old in the top 15

I think it's time MUO reorganizes and gets rid of Paula Shugart.

Also, select presenters more suited to such a global event. Mario Lopez, Daisey Fuentes, Billy Bush, and Nancy O'Dell were more professional and more suited to presenting Miss Universe.

I noticed they kept mentioning Miss Universe should be an "it" girl, but several in the top 15 didn't strike me as "it" girls. I think there were more it girls who did not place.
