Is the Glamorous Era of Miss Universe Over?

With IMG running the show and all the changes made to the pageant, do you believe the era of beauty and glamour is over? While I am very happy France won this year, the last editions of Miss USA seem to be breaking away from beauty and glamour and going for a more well rounded winner who has a unique story to tell or has overcome some adversity. At Miss USA this year there was very little on stage screen time for the contestants--and many of the beauties who would have won in the Trump era did not place. The pageant seemed more focused on issues, politics, and intelligence. Do you believe Miss Universe will go the route of Miss USA?  Will plastic surgeries, extreme dental work, and perfect bodies no longer guarantee a placement or a win? 
Do you like the changes? Do you find the new format boring? While I find Kenya and some of the other countries placing to be a breath of fresh air at the last Miss Universe pageant, I am finding that Miss Universe is not something I look forward too as I used to do.

Miss USA in another story, the last two winners were not my cup of tea! Especially the new miss USA with her responds about health care and feminism   !! She said that feminishm is about hating men, how can she be so ignorant!
